Episode 4: Lauryn Williams, Athletics & Bobsleigh

A first international guest for My Defining Moments! American sprint superstar Lauryn Williams takes us through the ups and down of her life and career.

One of only 5 people to have won a medal at both the Summer and Winter Olympic Games, Lauryn explains how she went from the 100 metres to the Bobsleigh!

The 2005 World 100m champion also speaks about her identity crisis since retiring from elite sport, the loss of her father and how she was controversially denied Olympic gold in 2004.

Plus we hear about her financial advisory initiative Worth Winning, that terrifying first run in a bobsleigh and the close finishes that defined her career.
